An electric car takes demo lap at 59th Daytona 24

Sign of the times: The 59th Daytona 24 (Rolex 24) has just had an electric car take a demo lap for the first time in history! The car is a heavily modified Hyundai Veloster N ETCR, with some 670 hp across its 4 electric motors powering each wheel. Perhaps the world is going Elon Musk after all.
