British diplomat saves China drowning woman

A feel good story out of Chongqing, China: British Diplomat Stephen Ellison, 61, saved the life of a local drowning woman, and is being hailed a “hero”, “role model” and “uncle” on China’s social media. Comments by witnesses say crowds of locals did nothing to try to save the woman, and Ellison jumped in the water and pulled her out.
