Virgin Galactic maiden flight from New Mexico

In more commercial space travel news, Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic will make its maiden flight from New Mexico’s Spaceport America hub. The flight will be Virgin Galactic’s first revenue generating commercial flight for NASA’s Flight Opportunities Program. The company plans to open ticket sales to the public after Richard Branson makes a trip himself to suborbital space next year!
