Renewable energy boost from White House initiative

Renewable energy got a much needed momentum boost, when the White House announced an executive order by President Obama on a solar energy initiative. The executive order would add 50,000 jobs in the solar energy industry and includes a push for a $2 billion energy efficiency upgrade to federal buildings.
