Pope Francis challenges governments to distribute wealth

While some in the U.S. accuse him as being Marxist, Pope Francis appealed to the United Nations on Friday for world governments to adopt a spirit of generosity to help attack the root causes of poverty and hunger, protect the environment, and ensure dignified labor for all. He calls for challenging all forms of injustice, resisting the economy of exclusion and rejecting the passive acceptance of the ‘throwaway’ culture.
