14.8 carat diamond sold for $26.6 million

An extremely rare purple-pink Russian diamond was sold at auction in Switzerland for $26.6 million! The 14.8 carat diamond, the largest of its kind to ever be auctioned by luxury auction house Sotheby’s was found in Russia in 2017. It’s so big, it looks fake to the rest of us!
